• Cost Variance, and Cost Performance Index. Is the project over or under budget to date?
• Schedule Variance, and Schedule Performance Index. Is the project ahead of or behind schedule to date?
• Planned % Complete, Actual % Complete, and Cost % Complete
2) Using one of the methods discussed in class, calculate the Estimate at Completion for the project. Justify why you used the method you did.
