During this term we will discuss how to manage change. Change management principles apply equally to you at work as well as in your personal life. You will learn an eight step process to manage change, which includes:
Create a sense of urgency.
Pull together the guiding team.
Develop the change vision and strategy.
Communicate for understanding and buy-in.
Empower others to act.
Produce short-term wins.
Don’t let up.
