Each paper must be between 2 and 2¼ pages in length. Use proper citations and add a separate cover page and a reference page. Your paper should be concise, thorough, and easy to follow. Make sure that ALL sources on the reference page have been cited in the body of your paper. Use a minimum of three scholarly journals for sources. Paper must be written in APA format. Do not go over 2¼ pages.

A. Describe what is meant by systems thinking, double loop thinking, non-positional communication and decision-making and how you would apply them to an organization? Explain “resistance to change” and how you would use Lewin’s Force Field Analysis and communication to manage “resistance to change”. Why have I placed the term “resistance to change” in quotation marks?
B. Provide one example for each of the following: a) how you or someone in your organization has used systems thinking successfully, or has not used it and it led to problems; b) describe an example of “resistance to change”, how it was handled and whether or not it was successful.
